Dear whoever you are,

I am here to tell you that you are strong. You are brave and you are loved.

I heard you wanted to give up on life. You wanted to let go of everything and let the darkness consume you. Drown in your tears of sorrow and sadness. Suffocate by the opinions and thoughts of the evil heart beating warm blooded land creatures. The silence rings and rings in your head. The echoing of evil and dark voices rips you apart and leaves you helpless on the floor.

Be chewed and knawed by their bloody, gritty, sharp teeth like a piece of gum. Your soul can’t escape from their cold, heartless piercing eyes. Judgement is inevitable and it uses you as fuel to power it. You are the weakling, the pity, the dump, and the lame.

But I am here to tell you. It’s not true. It’s all in your head.

Your mind is tricking you, darling. You’re amazing, wonderful and loved by everyone. Free yourself. Look up and see the sky. Be free like the clouds up high.

You may drift and flow with the wind. Find yourself and take a look within. Feel the cool breeze shower you clean, from all the negative energy you seen.

But when troubles come, be strong and take up the a fight to battle the wrong. Only you can make it out of the darkness that had sprout. So, plant a new seed that’s pure and good and see the beauty of life that would.

Now, listen to me. You don’t need anyone but you. Be the first to believe in you. Be the first to support you. Be the first step to a new you. A changed mind is a free life.
